The hotel's location in a quiet district of Astana was a great plus for me. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still close to the railway station. there was a cafeteria nearby where I could grab a quick bite. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the spacious room was comfortable. The staff was helpful and accommodating, allowing me to store my bags in the cloakroom until evening.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, making it easy to access for travelers. Situated in a quiet district of Astana, it provides a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. the proximity to the nearest cafeteria offers convenience for guests to grab a meal or snack.
Communication becomes a challenge for those who don't speak Russian or Kazakh, as the staff's limited English proficiency can lead to misunderstandings.
